Governor Mangubhai Patel administered an oath of office and secretary to 28 newly appointed Ministers today. The swearing-in ceremony was organized at Sandipani Auditorium of Raj Bhavan. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav was also present on this occasion. In the swearing-ceremony, 18 cabinet ministers, 6 ministers of state with independent charge and 4 ministers of state took an oath of office and secrecy.
Those who sworn-in as Cabinet Ministers included Kunwar Vijay Shah, Kailash Vijayvargiya, Prahlad Singh Patel, Rakesh Singh, Karan Singh Verma, Uday Pratap Singh, Sampatia Uike, Tulsiram Silawat, Aidal Singh Kanshana, Nirmala Bhuria, Govind Singh Rajput, Vishwas Sarang, Narayan Singh Kushwaha, Nagar Singh Chauhan, Pradyuman Singh Tomar, Rakesh Shukla, Chaitanya Kashyap "Bhaiya Ji" and Inder Singh Parmar.
Those who were sworn-in as Minister of State Independent Charge included Krishna Gaur, Dharmendra Bhav Singh Lodhi, Dilip Jaiswal, Gautam Tetval, Lakhan Patel and Narayan Singh Pawar.
Those who took oath as Ministers of State include Narendra Shivaji Patel, Smt. Pratima Bagri, Dilip Jaiswal and Radha Singh.
Chief Secretary Veera Rana conducted the oath taking ceremony. Those present included State Assembly Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar, Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Dewra, Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla, MP State BJP President V.D. Sharma and other people's representatives and senior officers.
