A special meeting of Majlis-e-Amma was held on Thursday under the guidance of Anjuman Islamia Sadar Haji Mohd. It took place at Indira Gandhi Anjuman Hospital under the chairmanship of Afsar Qureshi and the leadership of Majlis-e-Amma's Nazim-e-Ala Haji Abdul Jabbar Ansari. In which the main agenda included the selection of Convener and Auditor for the election of President and Secretary of Majlis-e-Amla and some important things. The meeting started with recitation of the Quran through Haji and Qari Shahid Sahab. 

Anwar Ansari and Naib Convenor Afroz Qureshi were appointed as election conveners and Salim Ansari Bade and Naib Auditor Aurangzeb Ahmed were appointed as auditors. Convenors Anwar Ansari and Afroz Qureshi were given the authority to form an election committee and complete all the preparations for the elections and conduct the elections as soon as possible. Similarly, Auditor Salim Ansari and Naib Auditor Aurangzeb Ahmed were given the authority to form an audit committee and start the work of auditing. In the meeting, the account of inflow and expenditure of Anjuman was presented through Sadar Haji Afsar Qureshi and Secretary Safdar Alam. 

In the meeting, Secretary Safdar Alam, former Nazim-e-Aala Haji Lukman Ahmed, Naib Sadar Nehal Qureshi, Co-Secretary Muzammil Ansari, Haji Ayyub Khalifa, former Secretary Firoz Ansari Rahi, former Sadar Haji Shakeel Ahmed, former Sadar Saud Alam, former Secretary Rauf Ansari, Former Sadar Syed Khalid Shah, Former Secretary Shahid Ahmed Bellu, Former Secretary Iqbal Ansari, Haji Tauhid Ahmed, Shahnawaz Khan Monty, Mohamein Baban, Prof. Quddush Qureshi, Haji Imran Ahmed, Former Sadar Qamrul Jama Qureshi, Nesar Ahmed, Haji Shamsher Qureshi, Haji Mannan Khan and others were present.
