The row over YouTuberKamiyaJani refuses to die down as a Brahmin organisation on Wednesday submitted a memorandum to Governor Raghubar Das seeking action against her and BJD politician VK Pandian.
An 11-member delegation of the VaidikaBrahmanaParishad met the Governor at the Raj Bhavan and submitted the memorandum. They accused Kamiya of eating beef and entering the Jagannath Temple in Puri. They also demanded action against Pandian for facilitating her visit to the temple.
The Parishad would sit in front of the Shreemandir as a mark of protest and perform a purification ritual if their demands are not met, said Parishadworking president SudhansuSekharMohapatra.
