Car catches fire

Four members of a family including two women and a child escaped narrowly after their moving car caught fire on VIP Road on Friday night.

 A woman also had a child in her lap and when locals spotted fire the stopped the car and passengers came out quickly. The fire brigade extinguished the fire, but the car was completely burnt completed.

The incident occurred around 1 in the night on Friday . The car was moving towards Bairagarh. There was one man, two women and a child in it. The locals and passengers tried to extinguish the fire by stopping the car near the statue of Raja Bhoj. People present nearby also rushed to extinguish the fire.

In the initial investigation, the cause of the fire is believed to be a short circuit.

On information, Fatehgarh Fire Station team and police also reached the spot. The fire was extinguished. Due to the incident, there was a traffic jam on VIP Road.

At the time of accident time a large number of people had come to visit the statue of Raja Bhoj.
