CMPDI's team on Tuesday distributed course completion certificates to 50 women candidates of Jharkhand, who had successfully completed a four months training program of (Theory and on the Job Training) General Duty Assistance (GDA) under CMPDI's CSR Initiative. Certificates were distributed to candidates at Prayas (Juvenile Aids Center), Center, Ranchi. On this occasion CSR team from CMPDIL and Prayas JAC team were present.
In General Duty Assistance training program, Candidates will be trained to provide basic nursing care and treating of ill patients etc. These certified women candidates can work in Hospitals, Old Age Homes, Patient’s Homes, Community Care Centers and Mental Health Institutes. Till date 12 Women candidates were placed in different Hospitals.
The project aims to uplift the women from poverty and enable them to be self-reliant.
Earlier in September 2022, MoA was exchanged between R K Mahapatro, General Manager (HRD/CSR), CMPDIL (HQ) and Indu Rani Singh, Executive Director, Prayas JAC Society for the training program at a cost of 10.98 Lakhs.
