The weather remain changed in Madhya Pradesh on Sunday, the last day of the year 2023. Due to the activity of Western Disturbance, there will be dense fog in Gwalior-Chambal division of the state. Light rain may also occur in many districts. There may be light drizzle in Bhopal on January 1.
Earlier on Saturday-Sunday, Datia, Nowgongand Khajuraho remained the coldest. The day's minimum temperature here was recorded less than 8 degrees Celsius.
According to the Meteorological Center, Bhopal, there may be light rain in Gwalior, Chambal, Ujjain, Bhopal, Sagar and Rewa divisions in the next two days. At the same time, drizzle is expected in Indore, Narmadapuram, Jabalpur, Shahdol also. It may remain cloudy till January 4. After this, severe cold may start.
Gwalior-Chambal division is under dense fog for the last one week. There was similar weather on Sunday . Along with Gwalior-Chambal division, there will be moderate to dense fog in Bhopal, Rewa, Satna, Mauganj, Sehore, Chhatarpur, Tikamgarh and Niwari districts. The day temperature was recorded below 25 degrees Celsius in Tikamgarh, Sidhi, Rewa, Pachmarhi, Damoh, Malajkhand, Narsinghpur. Whereas in Guna, Raisen, Umaria, Sagar, Chhindwara, Seoni, Betul, Shajapur, Dhar, Mandla, the highest day temperature was recorded below 28 degrees. The temperature in Khandwa and Khargone remained more than 30 degrees Celsius.
