An educational tour was conducted by the students of Semester 3 under the chairmanship of Dr. Sarita Singh, Head of the Department of English, Hazaribag Vinoba Bhave University.In this excursion, students understood and learned about the historical place of Gaya and Buddhist Gaya. Session 3's Shreya Anupriya, Ruchi Varsha, Nidhi Preeti, Pushpa Julie, Tanu, Riya, Shalini, Nirbhay, Rahul, Sanjeet, Sachin, Vikas and Other students closely observed the scholars doing special trip puja and puja in Buddhist knowledge and the students told that one really feels peaceful in Bodh Gaya.Learned about the Bodhi tree where the great Gautam Buddha attained peace and learned and understood about the experience there from lakhs of Buddhist monks who came from other countries.Seeing the temples there and the Sanilas installed in those temples, I felt that it reflects the scene of ancient times. I wanted to know about the traditions there.
The students said that the environmental scene there was very beautiful.After going there, we experienced real peace. We felt a lot of peace and joy after seeing the memory of the Buddhist God. With the arrival of Dalai Lama in Bodh Gaya, the crowd of foreign Buddhist monks increased in huge numbers and everywhere there was investigation and Surveillance arrangements were made as we all know that Gautam Buddha is known as Lord Vishnu in Hindu religion, hence people of Hindu religion also came there for darshan and thousands of people go every day to visit Bodhi Vatika. The last visit of the students was to the main temple of Gaya, Vishnupad Temple, where the students saw the Charan Paduka of Lord Vishnu in Vishnupath and then also visited the rubber dam located next to it. The students said that the view there at night is a mesmerizing sight.There were twinkling lights all around which is an attraction center for tourists.
