There is abundant writing in Kannada and English on the personality and work of Bharat Ratna Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya, the architect of modern India, but very little in Hindi. Jabalpur's Engineer fills this gap. Er. Surendra Singh Panwar's book "Vigya Shilpi Visvesvaraya" was launched by National President India at the 38th Indian Engineering Congress held at Hotel Royal Orbit, Jabalpur Was endowed with the blessings of Shivanand Roy. After meticulously studying the structures of Sir Visvesvaraya around the world for 40 years, Panwar has composed this work.
This effort of Pawar has been appreciated by all the scientists, engineers and experts participating in the Congress.
