Eyeing 60% vote share, BJP to chalk out strategy in Prayagraj

Thursday, 28 December 2023 | PNS | Lucknow

In anticipation of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party is gearing up with a strategic plan to secure 60 per cent of the votes. A unified meeting of all the frontal organisations of the party will take place in Prayagraj on January 5 to discuss and outline the party’s electoral strategy.

One of the key focal points of the BJP’s campaign is the ‘Win the Booth, Win the Election’ initiative. Emphasising the importance of securing individual booths, the party aims to strengthen its grassroots presence to maximise electoral victories.

The campaign will not only highlight the achievements of the Narendra Modi-Yogi Adityanath governments but will also actively promote the abrogation of Article 370 and the construction of the Ram Mandir. These contentious issues are expected to be the central themes in the BJP’s election propaganda.

The party has already initiated the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, an ongoing campaign that precedes the official election period. The yatra, focused on reaching out to all sections of society, including women and farmers, underscores the BJP’s commitment to addressing diverse concerns and garnering support across various demographics.

Responsibilities of different fronts, departments and units have been assigned to leaders and sections within the party. The BJP is leaving no stone unturned in its preparations for the upcoming elections, aiming for a comprehensive and well-coordinated effort to secure a significant mandate.
