Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Vinay Kumar Choubey, today took stock of all the preparations for the "State Level Program" to be organized on 29 December 2023 at Morhabadi Ground.

In this sequence, Deputy Commissioner Ranchi, Rahul Kumar Sinha, Additional District Magistrate (Law and Order), Rajeshwar Nath Alok, District Nazarat Deputy Collector Ranchi, Keval Krishna Aggarwal, District Public Relations Officer Ranchi, Prabhat Shankar and all the concerned officers were present on the occasion.

During the review Principal Secretary to CM Vinay Kumar Choubey, taking all the information about all the preparations done so far for the program, giving necessary directions to all the concerned officials, specifically said that this event will be a grand event. To ensure that the program is conducted smoothly and without any hassle, inspect each and every preparation closely so that the program can be conducted in a grand manner.

Choubey said that this program is a very important program for the state, there will be a huge crowd in this grand program for which all the arrangements need to be kept in order. People will witness this grand program so that they do not face any inconvenience in watching the program. Arrangements for additional LEDs for live telecast of the program will have to be made at various places at the venue. For which the concerned officer was given directions by him.

Choubey, while taking information about the preparation of the program from all the concerned officers, directed everyone to ensure that this program should be conducted in a grand manner as per the arrangements made for this program. It is the responsibility of all concerned officers to ensure that all the arrangements are completed and the program is conducted in a grand manner.
