Man held for killing wife, three children

Chhattisgarh Police on Tuesday arrested a 34-year-old man for killing his wife and three children in Bilaspur district.

The incident took place on Monday night in Hirri village following which the accused, Umendra Kewat, was arrested, Bilaspur Superintendent of Police Santosh Singh said.

Kewat strangled his wife, two daughters aged 4 and 5 and a two-year-old son to death over suspicion that his wife was having an affair.
