Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking, has been certified as a "Great Place To Work" for the period of December 2023 to December 2024 by the Great Place To Work Institute, India. The "Great Place To Work" certification is a global recognition reflecting SAIL's commitment to being a respected and sought-after employer. This recognition is a testament to SAIL's sustained focus on fostering a workplace of trust, collaboration and employee empowerment.

The Great Place to Work Institute is an internationally renowned organization which recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience through a rigorous evaluation process. SAIL has secured the certification following a thorough survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute, which relied on direct feedback from employees at SAIL.

SAIL has continuously implemented various employee-centric initiatives, focusing on enhancing the employee experience and nurturing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
