On behalf of the Agriculture Department of AISECT University, a seminar was organized on modern and better solutions for sustainable food security in Amanari village of Amanari Panchayat of Sadar Block, which was presided over by Panchayat head Krishna Dev Prasad Mehta.The program started by lighting the lamp, Registrar of AISECT University, Dr. Munish Govind started the program “AISECT Agricultural Scientists in Your Village” and said that India is an agricultural country.In such a situation, advanced agricultural technology will not only become the basis for strengthening the economic condition of common farmers but will also strengthen the country's economy.He said that from time to time AISECT University will share information related to advanced agricultural techniques in different villages through seminars or other means, so that the surrounding areas can benefit from it.

Prabhat Kiran, Head of the Agriculture Department of the University, explained the importance of soil testing to the farmers and local people present on the spot and gave information about how to maintain healthy soil.Meanwhile, Agriculture Department Dean Dr. Arvind Kumar informed the villagers present about the intricacies of demand based farming.He also spoke in detail about the benefits of modern farming. Dr. Satyaprakash, Priya Kumari and Farheen Siddiqui of the university also informed people about important facts related to agriculture and gave information about protection from pests of crops and benefits of organic farming.Kaushal, Sangeeta and Vikas, students of the agriculture department of the university, also told the people present about the method of vermicompost taught during their studies and also made people aware of its importance.Shriram Prasad, a progressive farmer of the district, shared his success story with everyone and said that if we have strong willpower, we can reach those heights in the agriculture sector too, where we want to reach.During this period, vegetable seeds were distributed free of cost among women farmers on behalf of the university.Chief Krishna Dev Prasad Mehta, who was presiding over the program, announced the efforts made for the farmers.Hailed this initiative of AISECT University and said that not only did it provide information about advanced agricultural work to the farmers, but such seminars would also become a reason for economic prosperity for the farmers here in the future.A large number of farmers including Sangeeta Devi, Jyoti, Devnarayan Prasad were present on the occasion.It was conducted by Farheen Siddiqui, associate professor of the university.
