Sagar was the coldest city of the state. The minimum temperature of the day was recorded here on Sunday at 17.4 degrees. Bhopal was the second coldest city. The temperature here was 17.5 degrees. Apart from this, a temperature of 17.8 degrees was recorded in Raisen and 18.8 degrees in Guna.
The weather remained very cold in Gwalior, Ujjain, Indore, Jabalpur, Guna, Tikamgarh, Ratlam, Rewa and Damoh districts. Similar weather is expected on Monday also.

Visibility was reduced to 50 meters in the morning amidst dense fog. Here, the day temperature dropped by 1.1 degrees and was recorded at 18.8 degrees. The night temperature was 14.2 degrees. That means there was a difference of only 4.6 degrees between day and night temperatures.
