With the vision to enhance the cleanliness and promote the Har Ghar Jal Jeevan Mission in the state, the Yogi Adityanath government has initiated a process to arm the State Water and Sanitation Mission with modern equipment, including a graphic monitoring system and LED video wall.
Namami Gange and the Rural Water Supply department have started the process of allotting the work to experienced agencies for the installation of equipment. In this sequence, applications have been invited through the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. This process will be completed under the supervision and guidance of the executive director of the State Water and Sanitation Mission.
According to the process, experienced agencies submitting applications through e-tender must complete two bidding formats, technical and financial. The agency selected for equipping the State Water and Sanitation Mission with modern equipment, including a graphic monitoring system and LED video wall system, will be required to carry out various tasks.
This includes supply, installation, testing, operation, commissioning, and training of staff. Through this, the supply and installation of Delta Make Graphic Display System will also be systematically outlined, which will be specific in various aspects.
The development and upgradation process of modern systems being implemented in the institute by the State Water and Sanitation Mission includes several equipment and gadgets, including video conferencing systems, amplifiers, speakers, loudspeakers and compact presentation switchers.
The procurement of a total of nine types of digital equipment will be completed on a large scale, which will help in developing the monitoring system as well as strengthening the medium of publicity. The agency will also provide proper training to the staff of the mission for their proper maintenance and operation, including ensuring the high quality and functioning of all this equipment.
