Preparations for the swearing-in ceremony of Chhattisgarh's Chief Minister-designate Vishnu Deo Sai and his cabinet colleagues are on at the grounds of the Government Science College here on Tuesday.
BJP leaders reached the venue and took stock of the preparations.
Around 50,000 people are expected to participate in the event, an official statement said.
The officials said three huge stages are being erected for the ceremony. The oath taking will take place in the first stage whereas the middle stage is being made for VIPs. The last stage will be for the newly elected MLAs.
Separate enclosures are being created for special guests, media representatives and the general public. Screens are also being installed.
About 1,000 police personnel have been deployed for security.
