5T and Aama Odisha Nabin Odisha Chairman VK Pandian on Sunday visited the 2,000 seating capacity Kalamandal near the Sainik School in Bhubaneswar, being constructed by the IDCO for the Odia Language Literature and Culture Department.
Once completed, it would be the largest convention centre of the Odisha Government. During review, the IDCO Managing Director was directed to complete the project in four months time.
The 5T Chairman 5T also suggested designing the interior of the Kalamandal keeping in view the aesthetics of Odisha’s culture and heritage by teaming up with the Culture Department.
5T Chairman also visited the place where Akhayara Bhoo work is being undertaken by the Works Department. The Akhayara Bhoomi would commemorate the 1st World Odia Language Conference being held in Bhubaneswar between December 3 to 5.
